Faculty of Homeopathy 99th Congress

The Faculty of Homeopathy 99th Congress will be held online on Friday, 22nd October and the theme for this year's Congress will be 'Making Positive Waves'

99th Faculty of Homeopathy Congress

About this event

We are delighted to announce the return of the Faculty of Homeopathy Congress! After two years we are more than ready for this opportunity to revitalise and invigorate our practice with a sharing of cases, ideas, developments and news. This year sees this biennial event being held for the first time online and we hope you will join us for this intellectually stimulating event.

“The Faculty of Homeopathy extends a warm welcome to all practitioners, regardless of your level of experience or which professional organisation you are registered with.”

Our theme for last year’s conference was to be ‘Making Positive Waves’. In the light of the dramatic events of the past two years we considered whether we should change the theme. However, the world has never been in greater need of the positive waves homeopathy has to offer than now. We aim to generate sufficient positive waves of inspiration amongst our delegates for them to reverberate out to our patients and communities. It will of course be Congress, but not as we know it, and for the first ever time online! And we will be adapting the format accordingly with shortened sessions, regular comfort breaks and a Wellbeing session to raise our energy and keep us refreshed throughout the day.

There will be a mix of familiar and less familiar faces...

Jonathan Hardy will illuminate Sea Remedies for us with cases to illustrate. David Lilley will fire up our imaginations and take us on a flight with Raven and some COVID cases. Our veterinary community will this year be represented by Holistic Vet Sue Armstrong. We are also excited to announce that we will now be joined by Professor Michael Frass who will discuss harmonising oncology through the use of homeopathy, Professor Aaron To Ka Lun who will focus mainly on outcome studies and data collection in relation to COVID in the research session and Dr Alexander Tournier who will present Clificol case series and the genus epidemics.

The day will culminate in a novel, dynamic and challenging session hosted by Brian Kaplan who will get us thinking 'outside the box' regarding our individual practice.

Congress may be different this year, but we can promise you will leave with new ideas and heightened enthusiasm to expand your practice and further your personal homeopathic journey.

Who should attend?

Faculty members and associates, homeopaths, students of homeopathy and other healthcare professionals with an interest in complementary medicine. No matter your knowledge, expertise or skills, workshops and presentations at Congress 2021 will interest, inform and inspire. And not only is Congress an enjoyable learning and social experience, attendance counts towards CPD.

Networking

A key focus for Congress 2021 is to encourage networking – from the newly (or soon to be) qualified homeopath to established academics within the homeopathic community. To this end we are developing a comprehensive programme which will culminate with an informal networking session hosted by Dr Brian Kaplan.
