Chief Operating Officer (12 month fixed term contract)
Location: London office (at least one day per week) and home based.
Salary: 3 days per week £35,000 - £40,000 FTE.
Contract Type: Initially this is a 12 month contract. At the end of this period, if the postholder has demonstrated aptitude for the role and has adequately increased the Faculty’s revenues, there will be the opportunity for the post to become permanent.

The Faculty of Homeopathy is one of the longest established homeopathic organisations in the World and has HRH Price Charles as its Patron. The Faculty is recognised as the preeminent membership organisation for statutorily regulated healthcare professionals, who integrate homeopathy within their practice.
The Faculty if over 175 years old and is looking to extend its legacy for future generations. Are you a strategic or operational leader? Do you have senior management experience in the charity, non-profit, or third sector? Are you interested in whole person health and wellbeing? If so, we would be delighted to hear from you. If you’re already working for a charity we would be happy to consider a job-share or a 12-month secondment from your existing role.
The post of Chief Operating Officer is a new role. It’s an opportunity for the right person to work with our Executive Board Members to shape the Faculty’s future. Initially this is a 12-month fixed term contract. If the postholder demonstrates aptitude for the role, and adequately increases the Faculty’s revenues, this will become a permanent post (either full or part-time).
